Carpet Cleaning House Specials:
House Special #1: Any 3 areas cleaned for $99.
House Special #2: Any 4 areas cleaned for $119.
House Special #3: Whole house cleaned for $159 (up to 1500 sf. home size).
House Special #4: Whole house cleaned for $189 (up to 2000 sf. home size).
House Special #5: Whole house cleaned for $219 (up to 2500 sf. home size).
House Special #6: Whole house cleaned for $249 (up to 3000 sf. home size).
House Special #7: Any house under 4000 sf. cleaned for $289.
*Note: Square footage listed under the Whole House Specials refer to the size of the home rather than the amount of carpet in your home. If a significant portion of your home is not carpeted or you only want some of the rooms cleaned, then the first two house specials might be for you. Additional areas can be added to these specials for $25 per area. Combo rooms such as living / dining room combinations are typically counted as 2 areas. Great rooms and open basements, etc. are also typically counted as more than 1 area. One staircase is included in the whole house special pricing.
Minimum Charge: $80. Up to 2 areas (max 350 sf.) or one area (200 sf. max) plus staircase.

Tile & Grout Cleaning Specials (for porcelain and ceramic tile):
Tile Special #1: Any 2 areas cleaned for $99.
Tile Special #2: Any 3 areas cleaned for $129.
Definitions:
Open Areas: Empty houses or all exposed or open areas in a furnished home. You may move as much furniture prior to our arrival, and we will clean around whatever is on the floor when we arrive.
Room: Note, large open areas are not counted as just one room. Living room / Dining combos are counted as 2 areas. Large open basements or Rec rooms are counted as multiple areas based on size.
Furniture Moving: Rates quoted here do not include furniture moving. We will clean around whatever furniture is in your home at the time of our arrival. If you wish to have us move furniture, please let us know when you call, we will be happy to provide you with a rate that includes moving some furniture. We usually does not move beds, dressers, bookcases, entertainment centers, electronics, and any fragile or antique items.
CLEANING PREPARATION:
You may expose as much carpet as you wish by moving furniture off the carpeted areas before we arrive. We will clean around any remaining furniture left in place. If you have time and a vacuum in good working order, please vacuum prior to our arrival. In any event, please at least remove all large and metal objects from the floor as they will damage our equipment. Please have furniture moved prior to our arrival.
Premium Services:
Odorcide Premium Deodorizer: Odorcide is known as "The One That Works," this product is the premium mal-odor product on the professional market today. Made from all-natural, safe extracts and ingredients. We highly recommend this deodorizer for homes with pets or other odor issues. Price: Add just $10 to $25 depending on which House Special you choose.
For severe cases (such as when carpet replacement may be recommended but just isn't an option) there is no better way to remove pet odors from your home than to combine this deodorizer with our Urine Treatment.
SUBSURFACE ODOR CONTROL / URINE TREATMENT:
Urine Treatment Pricing: UV Blacklight Testing Charge: $40.
We offer a range of odor control solutions. To fully understand the extent of any pet damage we recommend first having us do a UV Blacklight test. We will then provide you with an estimate and recommendations for further services. The cost for this testing and evaluation is $40. This cost is then deducted from any odor removal services purchased based on our recommendation.
Our recommendations will be made based on the extent of damage we are able to find. We offer sanitizing injections, where we inject a sanitizing solution directly into the pad to control odor at the source. We base our pricing on our estimate of the amount of our time and based on how much sanitizing solution we expect to use. This usually cannot be determined until after the UV Blacklight test and/or an onsite evaluation.
For a tight budget, we can also just clean and add the Odorcide Deodorizer for a nominal charge (as noted above).
