Residential Carpet Cleaning Rates:We use room pricing to determine the rate charged. Our rates below are for our thorough cleaning process which includes our green cleaning solution with surface deodorizer. We price separately the "extras" such as our Anti-Allergen Treatment (new!), Carpet Protector, and subsurface Pet Urine Treatment.
Our standard cleaning always includes: pre-vacuuming, light furniture moving, and a thorough, deep, cleaning with our 30 day peace of mind guarantee: if your spots come back, so will we, free of charge.
Definitions: Prices given are for rooms up to 225 sf. (15 x 15) in size. Additional charges apply for large rooms.
Minimum Charge: $75
Due to increasing overhead costs, insurance, gasoline prices, etc., $75 is the least amount we are able to charge for any service conducted in your home or business location.

STANDARD PACKAGE INCLUDES:
-Dry vacuum all areas to be cleaned.
-Light furniture moving (coffee tables, end tables, most chairs, etc.).
-Surface odor control / deodorizer.-Pre-spray all areas to be cleaned with our green cleaning solution.
-Clean carpet with pad machine and/or counter-rotating brush machine.
-Post vacuum or groom.
First Room = $50
Additional Rooms = $25 ea.
Hallways = .75 / foot
Stairs: $2.50 ea. (up to 4' wide)
GREEN ANTI-ALLERGEN TREATMENT: NEW!
Allergy Relief Treatment has been proven effective in denaturing the protein allergens
from dust mite droppings (Der p1 and Der f1), cockroach droppings (Bla
g1), dog dander (Can f1), and cat saliva (Fel d1). Allergy Relief
Treatment is a water-based solution that contains a powerful active
ingredient derived from naturally occurring extracts found in certain
fruit and vegetable seeds. It works by denaturing the structure of the
allergen, and thus, substantially reducing the Ige antibody-binding
capacity of the allergen. As a result, they are no longer "recognized"
by the body's immune system, alleviating the body's allergic response
(allergy attack). Provides a residual effect for up to six months, when
properly applied. Hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and readily biodegradable.
Does not contain pesticides, perfumes, solvents, VOCs, or other
hazardous ingredients.

CARPET PROTECTOR:
Our premium carpet protector delivers outstanding protection
against both oil and water based soil and stains. Also delivers
excellent protection against damaging dry soils. Can greatly extend the length of time needed between cleanings, as well as extend the life of your carpet.
-$12 per area, stairway or hallway (2 area minimum).
-If applied to all areas cleaned this rate is discounted to one-third of the total cost of cleaning. This application comes with a 1 year warranty against stains: If you can't remove the stain yourself we will come to your home for no extra charge and do our best to remove it.
SUBSURFACE ODOR CONTROL / URINE TREATMENT:
This is for issues such as pet urine and other, more severe odor situations. For some severe situations an on-site quote may be appropriate. Usually rates begin at $50 for a UV/Blacklight Test to find the urine which includes one gallon of urine control treatment. Additional treatment charged at $25/gallon.
FURNITURE MOVING: As noted above we will move some furniture for no extra charge. Please move as much furniture and breakables as possible prior to our arrival. We will move most remaining light and non-fragile items for no extra charge. We usually do not move items such as beds, china cabinets, electronics / computers, bookcases, dressers, etc. If you would like us to move extra furniture, heavier items, etc. please let us know by phone and we will do our best to work with your circumstances.

Small Chair: $5 to $30 dep. on size.
La-Z-Boy type chair: $40
Love Seat: $65 (up to 2 cushions, add'l cushions are $5, pillows are $3 ea.)
Couch: $85 (up to 3 cushions, add'l cushions are $5, pillows are $3 ea.)

CLEANING PREPARATION:
Please remove fragile items from areas being cleaned, and from any furniture you wish us to move. You do not need to vacuum before we arrive, however, please remove large and especially metal objects from the floor as they cause damage to our equipment.
