"I have a dog and four cats and the carpeting had not been cleaned in a few years. I wanted a product that was non-toxic. He
arrived on time and reviewed the carpeting and discussed any specific
issues such as odors, etc. He was courteous and professional and not
too chatty. He got started right away and worked diligently until
finished. He finished within the time he had estimated. He left me with
a bottle of non-toxic spot remover. He was respectful of my home; he
wore booties while he cleaned and offered me a pair as well to wear
while the carpet dried. His method of cleaning does not soak the carpet
so it dried in about an hour. I definitely noticed the carpet was much
cleaner and there was a clean odor but it was not perfumy or
overpowering. The carpet pile was "fluffed" and looked like new again."
