In addition to cleaning carpet, we offer ceramic and porcelain tile and grout cleaning.  

Rates will vary depending on the type and size of the tile, and whether you want it sealed when done. We offer free on-site quotes for tile & grout cleaning.

We offer three levels of cleaning service for tile and grout.  The price will vary accordingly:

  1) Quick clean and mop.  Usually prices comparable to carpet cleaning.  This is not a restorative cleaning, closer to what might be called a power mop. 

  2) Scrub, clean, and mop.  An extra scrubbing step is added to achieve a deeper clean to the grout lines.

  3) Scrub, clean, mop and acid rinse.  With this process a final step is added, called an acid rinse.  The final acid rinse step can really aid in restoring the clean look to your grout lines.
